This site describes the services CruziLux offers and lets you get in touch. Everything on it is provided for general information. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services at a particular price or timeline.

Any indicative timelines mentioned on this site — for example in the frequently asked questions — are typical ranges, not guarantees. Your actual scope, price and schedule are confirmed only in a written proposal.

Submitting a form on this site starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. A project begins only when both parties agree a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment terms.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or connected systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades performance, or by artificially inflating interest votes.

The interest votes on this site are a lightweight signal to help us prioritise what to build. Votes are not verified, carry no obligation, and we may reset, recalculate or remove them at any time. A vote does not entitle you to any product or release.

The content, branding, design and code of this website are owned by CruziLux and protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work we produce for a client is determined by that client agreement, typically transferring on final payment.

This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and GitHub, and loads resources from third-party providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Our AI voice agents and chatbots — including any live demo reachable from this site — generate responses automatically and can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Demos are provided for evaluation only. Do not rely on a demo for advice, and do not share sensitive personal, medical or financial information with it. Calls placed to a demonstration number may be recorded or transcribed so we can improve the service, and your carrier's normal charges apply.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CruziLux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify CruziLux against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
