Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Jesal Shaji, trading as CruziLux, Wankmüllerhofstraße 64/11, 4020 Linz, Austria. CruziLux is a remote-first digital agency building AI voice agents, chatbots, websites, custom software and workflow automation. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. Specifically:

• Consultation form. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Automation request form. Your industry or business type, your description of what would help your business, and your email address if you choose to provide it — that field is optional.
• Interest registrations. When you mark an industry as interesting, you give us your email address and business name, and optionally a message. We record these together with the industry you chose, so we can follow up with you, and we add your interest to that industry's public vote count. The count shown on the page is a number only and does not reveal who voted.
• Demo phone line. If you call the Hema demo number, your call is answered by an AI voice agent. As described in our Terms of Service, calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can improve the service, which means the audio of your voice, the content of the conversation and the number you call from may be processed. Please do not share sensitive information on the call.
• Email and phone. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we receive the details you send and the contact details you use.

We do not ask for and do not want special category data — health information, government identifiers, or payment card numbers — through these forms. Please do not include it.

This site does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and does not track you across other websites. Because of this, there is no cookie banner to accept.

We store one item in your browser local storage, under the key cruzilux_user_voted_industries_v2, recording which industries you have voted for so the page can show your votes when you return. It is created only when you register interest, stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. The fonts used on this site are served from our own server, not from a third party.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, timeline or quote.
• To follow up when you register interest in an industry solution.
• To decide which industry solutions to build next, based on aggregate interest.
• To improve our voice agent, where demo calls are recorded or transcribed.
• To keep records of our business communications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract when you submit an enquiry or register interest and ask us to contact you; on our legitimate interest in understanding demand for our services and in improving our voice agent; and, for demo calls, on your decision to place the call after being told that it may be recorded.

Your information is processed by the following services on our behalf:

• n8n — our self-hosted automation platform at n8n.cruzilux.com, which receives form submissions and routes them to us.
• Google Sheets — used to store interest registrations and enquiry records.
• Zoho — used for our business email and communications.
• Twilio — provides the phone number and call connection for the Hema demo line, and processes call data such as the number you call from and, where calls are recorded or transcribed, the audio and transcript.
• Netlify — hosts this website and processes server logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for the life of any resulting working relationship, plus the period required for our business records. Interest registrations are kept on the same basis as enquiries; the aggregate vote counts contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email office@cruzilux.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at. If you are elsewhere in the EU or UK, you can complain to your local authority.

We work with clients worldwide and some of the providers listed in section 6 operate outside your country. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
